Dr. Ernestine Reynolds is a visionary leader, creative artist, and passionate mentor whose life has been dedicated to using the arts as a platform to glorify God, inspire hope, and transform lives. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Divine Connection Music and Performing Arts Company, she has cultivated an environment where faith, creativity, and excellence come together to develop artists who are committed to making a lasting impact through the performing arts.

Under Dr. Reynolds’ leadership, Divine Connection has become a Christ-centered creative arts organization specializing in original music, music videos, films, theatrical productions, and live stage performances. Every production is created with purpose—to entertain, inspire, educate, and share messages that uplift individuals, strengthen communities, and honor God.

Dr. Reynolds believes that every gift is given by God with the purpose of serving others. She has assembled an exceptional team of talented professionals who are not only highly skilled in their craft but are also compassionate mentors dedicated to nurturing the next generation of artists.

One of Dr. Reynolds’ greatest passions is investing in young people through the Divine Connection Performing Arts Program, which has positively impacted countless youth throughout the community. The program equips students with artistic skills while building confidence, leadership, discipline, teamwork, and strong Christian values.
